I hope I can understand whats meant by independent studying.

To be studying with adequate focus, with or without friends, with the similar intensity and span.

So far, only one person in my class inspired me that studying away from a group has its overflowing benefits. And my entire class showed me that I should've studied bio harder during the holiday, cause I am really lagging behind now. Sigh.
